Sure, the location near the bus station was mighty handy for us! The room was grand, clean, and so spacious, I could dance around in it! the breakfast could use a bit of a lift. we missed a proper selection, like toast and better coffee.

The convenient location makes it easy to access local attractions, like the night market and bus terminal, without much hassle. The view from the rooms, with windows designed to let in fresh air while keeping bugs at bay, is a nice touch that adds to the experience.
The rooms are a letdown. they don't match the promotional pictures, appearing dated with worn furniture and paint. Soundproofing is practically nonexistent, allowing for disturbances from outside noise like conversations and animal sounds. The bathroom is cramped and outdated, lacking basic amenities like a kettle or fridge, and if you want a hairdryer, you'll need to rent one for 30 baht. Breakfast options are limited to a sparse Thai selection, with no international choices available, making it feel inadequate compared to other spots nearby. maintenance seems low on the priority list, leading to an experience that falls flat.

Ideal for budget-conscious travelers
The room was spacious and clean, which really caught me off guard! I enjoyed the coffee and biscuits they provided for breakfast, a nice touch to start the day right.
It wasn't cheap, though not entirely unreasonable for the amenities.

I was really impressed by the location, being close to a lovely tour company that made planning my day trips easy. The hotel was also conveniently near the main clock tower and night market, enabling me to explore local culture effortlessly. The room was clean and spacious, making it a comfortable retreat after a long day.
The breakfast options could definitely use more variety.

The location offers excellent convenience, just a short distance from local eateries and the bus station, perfect for travelers. The bed provided good comfort for restful nights, while the air conditioning worked effectively. Unfortunately, the bathroom felt cramped and outdated, lacking essentials like a kettle or fridge, and the breakfast options were notably limited. Though the staff were polite, their English skills were quite basic, limiting assistance with regional attractions.

The Superior King Room was spacious and had plenty of storage, which was a nice surprise. The bed felt really comfortable, and I got a solid night's sleep. It's great that there’s a fitness center too! the bathroom seemed a bit outdated and small. No kettle or fridge in the room was a letdown, and I felt the noise from outside a bit too much at times.

Great location for budget travelers
The location of this place is fantastic for the price we paid, just a short walk from the bus station, making it very convenient if you're traveling to Chiang Mai. The room was clean and spacious, giving us a comfortable place to rest after a long day exploring the temples. breakfast could definitely use more options and be served warmer.
